Our chef and kitchen staff at Ralphland Care Home is committed to serving nutritious well-balanced food sourced mainly from local produce. They focus on preparing homemade menus with choices to suit every pallet and appetite, paying particular attention to food allergies and the dietary preferences of our service users.
The kitchen design was completed after consultation with the environmental health authority, making suitable arrangements for maintaining exemplary standards of hygiene in the care home and kitchen. The efforts of the kitchen staff have been rewarded for two years running by being presented with a 5* rating from the Environmental Health Officer.
